Hi,
Plugin registration tool get crashed when I click on Start profiling workflow. I have tried downloading crm tools again from nuget and clearing PRT cache.Any fix for this?

Thats great if you have tried downloading the latest version.
do below:
1. remove any creds you in credentials manager in your pc related to your plugin registration tool.
2. go to the temp folder of plugin regsitration tool. i.e for me its here : C:\Users\rawish.kumar\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
delete any pluginregistration related folder you see.
post this restart your system , probably it will fix the issue.

what do you see in the logs of PRT.

Okay,
Probably PRT tool iterated with internet explorer. Please try to delete history and cache of i.e browser and try once.
