Hi,All

This is urgent ..
Deployment failing in dev instance as we try to deploy from dev to test .
Showing missing dependencies from msdyn_agent group solution
Active agent language view
Active agent region view.

Should I add those views in my contact solution or can I delete it ..

Need urgent help asap.

I would recommend finding the solution where those views are included, and seeing what your solution version number is. Then go to UAT and make sure you have the same solution version installed.

I would strongly recommend against simply deleting a Microsoft provided view, as it can have unintended consequences and cause all sorts of issues. You are much better off making sure that your Dev environment and test environment include the same installed solutions and versions instead.

    Hi Sandeepc,

Can you tell us what exact Dynamics 365 solution you are using? Can you also share the exact error log message with us?

    My solution in contact solution

    Error says : missing dependencies
    Solution: msdyn_agentgroup
    ParentSchema name : msdyn_agentlanguage
    Display name: Active Agent language

    Dependent : user  entity

But we never used agent group or agent language or agent region in our contact solution

I tried adding active agent language view agent group entity  but still same issue ...

How to fix this issue pls let me know

Today is deployment ... Any suggestions will be marked as verified

in Dev version is 1.0.200.2 and in test version is 1.0.196.2

should i need to add agent language and agent region entity in my contact solution? or even if these entities are not there i can deploy? as these 2 entities are showing have dependency with user entity.

PFA i can see language and region subgrid in user entity which is showing default view as user subgrid langiage view. do i need to keep this or i can remove it?
or should i add this view in my contact solution i am not sure here what to do

We are having the same issue basically and it is not related to solution versions. We are trying to import our solution to a client dev environment and getting the standard failed import error because of missing Agent Language and Agent Region msdyn_AgentGroupManager View components and this is coming from a pristine development environment with only our core development solution on it. We have an open support ticket at level two and telling our team to elevate it, this is a client we are always updating and now three days behind.

This looks like an incompatibility between core MS entities with possible differences in MS updates or regions. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
