Amount : Shows the total price of the order product, based on the price per unit, volume discount, and quantity.

Extended Amount : Shows the total amount due for the order product, based on the sum of the unit price, quantity, discounts, and tax.

    Hi,

I think there can be many reason as to why it says as 0.

but the major reason i can think of is that Price List, tax, discount are not setup. Could you please verify that. check the price associated with the product line item you added.
