Error while importing solution into CRM 2016 Clound

Hi,


I have created trial version of CRM 2016 to make my customization and when I move the solution to another trial version it work fine but if I import the same solution into my Production which is same 2016 cloud version I am getting an erro


"The item '/org5c557a14_MSCRM/CustomReports' cannot be found. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ItemNotFoundException: The item '/org5c557a14_MSCRM/CustomReports' cannot be found."


Any suggestions ?

    Hi,

    did you check if the Report server is started?

    social.microsoft.com/.../reports-installation-problems

    Yes, report server is running.

    Did you check the authentication? Maybe there is an authentication problem occour when you run pubish tool. so the reports didn't upload to report server.
