Assign a lead to a partner rep utilizing the partner portal

Hello, I want to assign existing leads to specific partner sellers and have them interact with the lead in the partner portal.  I can have all partner sellers view all leads, but some of these partners are competitors.

    You Can have on demand workflow assigning the leads to specific partner seller in CRM if you want to do adhoc or you can create logic on create of lead .
