Credit memo post year end report

Hi

Please can you help. I am a new user in BC and I need to provide some information relating to credit memo raised in 2022 relating to invoices raised in 2021 (classic year end testing). Is there a view I can see both the credit memo (dated) and the invoice to which it is applied (dated)?

    Try the Customer Account Detail report. Be sure to toggle the option for Print Additional Details so that the Applications are shown. You can enter customer, date range and even document type filters to get your report the way you require. I might suggest document types of Invoices and Credit Memos or just Credit Memos with their application. The one problem that you might have is that for the applied to document the dates provided are the Due Date and Discount Date which is not what you indicated you needed.

    Hi Kim. Thanks for your answer. I can't locate the Customer Account Detail report. Perhaps its referred to under a different name in the UK?

    I think that report is not available in UK. if you are on SaaS version can you try this link

    Or maybe try "Customer - Detail Trial Bal." report or below link
