Currencies exchange rate history

Hi All, 

in BC you can edit the currency exchange rates with starting date in the past. ex:

I can change the exchange rate that is currently active without entering a new line with a new starting date. Is there any way that we can track if this has been done? 

we update once a month the exchange rate. so for now the exchange rate with starting date 01/09 is active. But if can change this line today. How can I see if this had been done and what the original exchange rate was?

    Hi, Change Log is a good way.

    From BC17, you can also use Field Monitoring.
