I'm trying to look for documentation regarding how to properly configure our new portal. Asking because I cannot use the adxstudio web copy tool to copy over my settings from a test environment (adxstudio environment). I noticed that the Site Settings are a little different.
Example: HelpDesk/CaseEntitlementEnabled became CustomerSupport/CaseEntitlementEnabled
I wanted HelpDesk/CaseDeflection/Enabled to be added so that the Case page wouldn't display the Search area. I tried creating a new site setting using HelpDesk/CaseDeflection/Enabled and CustomerSupport/CaseDeflection/Enabled to no success.
Thus, is there any updated documentation available to be able to configure our Microsoft portal?
