Can't add SLA for incident entity

Hello. Can't add SLA for incident entity. Have 3 standart, but i want to create my own.

    See how to create additional standard SLA or Enhanced SLA based in your need.

    Frame the question better next time to get better response.

    "If you're creating a new SLA, you'll see the Create SLA dialog box. Type a name for the SLA, and then in the Entity drop-down list, select Case."

    I don't have Case in drop-down list, and t can't change from enhanced to standart
