Hello. Can't add SLA for incident entity. Have 3 standart, but i want to create my own.

Frame the question better next time to get better response.
"If you're creating a new SLA, you'll see the Create SLA dialog box. Type a name for the SLA, and then in the Entity drop-down list, select Case."
I don't have Case in drop-down list, and t can't change from enhanced to standart
