2015 on premise smtp relay mail configuration

Hi fellas,

Im trying to set up a SMTP relay email adress for outgoing emails in an 2015 crm on premise environment. 

I cant make it work.

Followed all guides i found but when i try to test&enable it says failure on the outgoing post and that all it says. 

Have anyone done such a setup and can give me some pointers on what to think of that i might missed? I have the servername and the correct port. And configured the CRM for the outgoing mail but im now stuck.
