Professional Services Tools Library

I installed the Professional Services Tools Library and am getting a invalid registration key error message.  I selected the default per the install instructions and also used the SMPE0102030405 referred to in the "readme.txt" file.  It is not an issue with ANSI options being checked.  Any suggestions?

    That key is correct and works on my install. Make sure that there isn't a space at the beginning or the end.

    What service pack are you on?   That key only works with SP 2 and greater..

    SP2.  It is working now. I uninstalled it and then re-installed it. I was not reciving the you need to install new code prompt, so I manually copied the tautil.cnk file to the Program files>Microsoft Dynamcis>GP2010 folder.  Once I did that I got the new code install prompt and then entered the ket and it is working.
