usually the document is the common link, so field Document Number - just like when using "Find Entries" window.
If You want a separate table that shows links, then You have to create it, and create a process that fills in this table.
Then also adjust the Posting process, that for future entries created, this Link table is also filled in.

    Thanks for your reply.
The table you mention (Item Register) is great - it shows the link between the below ledgers.

    Capacity Ledger Entries
    Item Ledger Entries
    Value Entries

I still need the link to the Warehouse Entries.

Do you know a table which links to one of the ledgers represented in the table 'Item Register'?

    Thanks.

    Best regards Naja

    Thank you for your response.
I'm not sure if I understand your suggestion.

In terms of the document number I am unfortuneately not able to use this because they are not unique.

    You write this:

'If you want a seperate table that shows links then you have to create it and cretae a process that fills in this table'.
    How do you do that?
    I'am not a programmer.

    Thanks.

    Best regards
    Naja
