Problem with some users after posting

Hi friends, recentry I tried to post a SOP Document and something was wrong, but now when I try to enter in this sop documents I receive the following message (it's in spanish because we're in latam):

"la sesion de contabilizacion en el nivel de transaccion anterior no termino de procesar. Deje que acabe. Si cree que se produjo un error, salga de Microsoft Dynamics GP y vuelva a conectarse para recuperar transacciones"

Any idea how to fix it? I check the dex_lock and dex_session tables but I can't recognize nothing wrong.

    You can also check the SY00500 in the company database and the SY00800 and SY00801 tables in the DYNAMICS database.  It looks like the SOP document didn't finish posting.

    Most probably the batch table contains batches named  *username .  Delete these batches.

    Hi Michael, Hi Richard, thanks for your help, actually on table SY00500 I found a BACHNUMB called <username> with BACHSOURC='Sales Void' and it has BCHSTTUS=6 ... Can I simply delete this record? Do I need to delete any other record on other table?

    You want to make sure that all the transactions in that batch did make it to the GL. If they are all there you can simply delete that record out of the SY00500 table. There are no other records in that table to check.
