Hi,

Is there a way to Automatically add newly created GP COA into existing completed FRx designed row?

Thanks

Regards,

Rubal is correct!  Although there is no way to have accounts appear automatically, wild cards are a great way to try and prevent missing accounts; as are building reports using Categories.

Use the Exception Report to help find missing accounts.  See the video below to see how the exception report works.

You can include all accounts in report by using the wild cards and ranges instead of specifying the accounts. Example instead of specifying 4000 in one row and 41000 in another, you can use 40?? and 41?? respectively. This way if a new account 4001 us added, it will be automatically included in report.

You can read further about wild cards in FRx documentation
