Is there a SQL table in the GP database that contains the ending balance for a specific account. All I can find is the net change, debit amount, and credit amount.

Warren, there is no table that holds the ending balances, GP does not store this information.
How about GL10110 for current year info and GL10111 for GL history
GL20000 is for GL budget info current year and GL3000 is GL budget info history
