Can't delete managed solution due to dependencies in site map

Hi there, I know this question has been asked in a similar fashion on this forum but the solutions given are not viable in this instance.

We have a client that has installed our managed solution and are now having issues deleting it. The dependencies list show that there are a few entities required by the site map.

They're hesitant to edit their site map as this can potentially make their CRM unstable.

What other options do they have in removing these dependencies? I dont have access to their CRM.

    Hey, thanks for your quick response.

    I've got the customer to do this bit already and I can see in the list of dependencies that some entities are still required by the Site Map.

    They don't want to manually edit their Site Map so I'm looking to see if there are other options.

    I will see if it's an option for them to use XrmToolbox based on your previous reply.
