Hi there

This is my case, I have an appointment with different company. Which company should put in regarding?

Actually this appointment does not regarding to either 1 involved company.

For example just a Lunch meeting with 2 company and 4~5 contact.

I should create 2 appointments? or 1 appointment?

I know I can put 1 company to regarding, other to require field. But I think little odd to explain which company should put in regarding.

please advise

Thx a lot

As you'd observed - the regarding field only supports 1 CRM entity.

I would try open the appointment in CRM and use the connections to link to more than 1 company.

You should not use regarding or connections for this.

On appointment you should instead use Required and Optional fields.

Those 2 fields are party fields and can contain multiple accounts, contacts etc at the same time.
