so you selected which one of these? If non then it seems that something is going to print but never print.

what is the exact filter you're using to attempt this reprint? is it one dimension or multiple dimensions?

I am using sa user. POWERUSER. I am able to generate all other edit list, journal posting, reports, inquiry print outs except for the above unfortunately.

    Suet,

We're down to brass tacks then. Can you print anything? Are you just having difficulty reprinting a particular transaction? If you can't print anything, then this is a matter for Microsoft Technical support. If you have data, but can't generate this report, perhaps the user account does not have access rights to the tables the data resides in?

I have indeed selected destination settings to screen. After selecting Print, no document is generated. Nothing is shown under Process Monitor.

Tried alternative method, using Remove Receivables Journal History. Unchecked Remove History. Solely marked Print Report. Process monitor shows report running in background. But after sometime, it is cleared and nothing gets printed on screen as well.

When you click print and nothing happens, open your process monitor and see if anything is running in the background.   Also, check the destination settings, if it JUST has file selected, it will seem like nothing is happening.

    Hi,

I am facing the same issue in GP2010. Are you able to find a solution to this issue?

    Thank you

    Hi WennSoft!

As Redbeard had mentioned try opening the Reprint option that you are having the issue with to make sure the settings are correct. Another thing I would test would be to re-create the option if you have not already. The report option itself could be corrupted or damaged.

    Hope this helps

    Wennsoft,

Try bringing up your report option, instead of inserting it on the right, by clicking Modify, then ensure you have suitable options selected, Like the following:

Also click on the destination button, and make sure you've selected at least one output options (Screen, Printer or File).

As it stands now I am not able to print anything.  With the issue for the reprint – I get as far as the sales posting journal screen- pick printer as my option, and the click on print icon to print the report and noting happens – no error message comes ups.
