Does GP have the ability to have multiple pricelists?

I am new to GP as is my CFO.  We are finding we need more than one pricelist due to the fact that a couple customers have their own special pricing and need a fixed pricelist rather than us changing the price on every line item of every order (and there are tons).  Does GP have the ability to have more than one pricelist and if so, can we base the second and third off the first main pricelist and go from there?  ANY help or ppt/video tutorials would be fantastic.  I don't have time to go thru a ton of training to figure out what it is I need to know.

Thank you so much.

JM

I think GP's Extended Pricing would cover your needs.  Chapter 11 of the Inventory Control Printable Manual is a great resource to learn more about the capabilities with Extended Pricing (Help>>Printable Manuals).

    Hope this helps,

    Hi JM.

GP allows you to have multiple price levels in it's standard pricing function.

You can create a price level for each of your customers and on the customer card specify this as their price level.

When creating item pricelists make sure you choose the percent of list option.

With this option you can specify a list price for the product and then specify the percentage of list at each price level.

    Hope this help
