Web client login issue "Please wait while we get things ready"

Hi All,

I am new in GP web client [GP 2015], actually we are not able to login into GP through web client it occurs a message when i login it says "Please wait while we get things ready" and as well as check all services are running also.
so please any one know that how can solve this problem.

    Missing SSL certficate is mostly the culprit... or misconfigured domain accounts.
