Total field on the bank account statement report

Does anybody know about the difference between these two "total" fields shown below? Thank you~

    Hi, I briefly checked the standard codes and they are all "Applied Amount" in "Bank Account Statement Line", the difference is that some filter conditions are appended to the first one.
