Hi all,
We have encountered an issue where we have a client, running BC SaaS 16.3 and a user's session got stuck upon trying to post a sales invoice. This is causing the system to not allow the rest of the users to do almost anything in the system.
We have tried to;
- Cancel the session from the Admin Center within BC itself but as soon as we refresh the session list, it shows again.
- Created a custom page (in AL) to kill the session but this specific session does not come up in the list! We followed this other post in the community: https://community.dynamics.com/business/b/arounddynamicsnavworld/posts/business-central-saas-kill-sessions
- Tried to use STOPSESSION()
None of the above worked.
It has been pending for over 3 hours (see attached - User ID shows but it's just hidden for the purpose of this post). Anyone has any ideas how we can solve this apart from waiting for the session to just clear out by itself, if it ever happens?
