Unable to create Sales Quote in Business Central

Hi All, 

When I am trying to create a sales quote on the production environment it is giving me the below mentioned error even when the assembly Setup is already been done.

Can anyone please suggest what are we missing here? Thanks in Advance

    Try this (not sure if it works) 

    Go to Item Card for Item 1003 (or if this is stockkeeping unit go to stockkeeping unit for that location). Then change Replenishment System to Assembly and change  Assembly Policy to Assemble to Order. Then try again
