Copying Management Reporter Building Blocks from Production Server to Test Server: Timeout Error

Hello,

I'm trying to copy all Report Definitions and Building Blocks from a production Management Reporter 2012 CU 8 Legacy production environment to a test environment with an (obviously) separate Management Reporter database but connectivity to the same production DYNAMICS database.

There is a large number of report definitions, row definitions, etc. and when I attempt to export all of them as a single .tdbx file from production and import that file in the test environment, I receive a timeout error and MR closes. It then takes several tries to re-open without getting the same timeout error and when it does, it shows all of these building blocks as "checked out." My suspicion is that the initial timeout is caused by the large size of the .tdbx file.

In short, what is the most efficient and easily repeatable way to copy a large number of Management Reporter reports from a production environment to a test environment?

Thanks!

In the MRServiceHost.settings.config file I extended the time values for keys "SqlBulkCopyTimeout" and "IntegrationReaderTimeout" to 7200 (2 hours)
