Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a whitepaper or something about how to configure CRM to email directly from the web client?  At the moment we try and send an email and the screen just disappears.

    Use the Configuration Manager for the CRM E-Mail Router...

    Try to open an email activity you just sent (History!) and check the delivery status of this email.
