Hallo zusammen,
 
aktuell möchte ich für ein Projekt die deutsche Ist-Besteuerung einstellen. Die Umsatzsteuer auf Verkäufe soll also erst mit mit in die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung eingerechnet werden, wenn die Zahlung des Kunden geleistet wurde.
 
Ich habe hier schon einiges probiert mit der Einstellung für "Unrealisierte MWSt.". Das Problem ist, dass dann auch die Einstellungen für Einkäufe gelten, d. h. die Vorsteuer wird erst realisiert, wenn man die Zahlung geleistet hat und fließt somit nicht mit in die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung ein. Wie habt Ihr das Thema gelöst?

    Lösung für deutsche Ist-Besteuerung (MWSt./USt) in Business Central:

     

    Problem: Unrealisierte MwSt. betrifft sowohl Verkauf als auch Einkauf - aber bei Ist-Besteuerung soll nur Verkauf betroffen sein.

     

    Lösung - Getrennte Einstellung:

     

    1. MwSt.-Buchungsgruppen konfigurieren:

     

    • Verkauf: MwSt.-Geschäftsbuchungsgruppe mit "Unrealisierte MwSt.-Art" = Prozentsatz

    • Einkauf: Separate MwSt.-Geschäftsbuchungsgruppe mit "Unrealisierte MwSt.-Art" = Leer/Keine


      •  
     

    2. MwSt.-Konten trennen:

     

    • Verschiedene Konten für Verkaufs- und Einkaufs-MwSt.

    • Nur Verkaufs-MwSt.-Konten als "unrealisiert" markieren


      •  
     

    3. Alternative - Customization:

     

    • Event Subscriber für MwSt.-Realisierung

    • Separate Behandlung von Verkaufs- vs. Einkaufs-MwSt.


      •  
     

    4. Standardlösung Deutschland:

     

    • Prüfen Sie Deutsche Lokalisierung - enthält oft vorkonfigurierte Ist-Besteuerung

    • MwSt.-Bericht für Deutschland nutzen


      •  
     

    Empfehlung: Deutsche BC-Lokalisierung verwenden - dort ist Ist-Besteuerung meist bereits korrekt vorkonfiguriert.

    1. Separate VAT Posting Setups
      To apply cash-based VAT only for sales, consider creating two separate VAT Posting Setups:

      • One for sales with "Unrealized VAT" enabled.
      • One for purchases with "Unrealized VAT" disabled.

      This requires assigning different VAT Product Posting Groups to sales and purchase items/services, which may involve some restructuring of your posting groups.

    2. Custom Logic (if needed)
      If separating VAT posting groups is not feasible due to business constraints, you may need to implement a customization that selectively applies unrealized VAT logic only to sales transactions.

    3. Consult Localization Guidance
      Review the German localization documentation for Business Central, as Microsoft may provide region-specific recommendations or updates for handling Ist-Besteuerung.

    4. Tax Reporting Considerations
      Ensure that your VAT statements and advance returns are configured to reflect the correct realization logic, especially if using custom VAT statements or third-party reporting tools.
