remote command for RMS headquarter

I have 3 stores and a HQ. I scheduled HQ update every hour from each store (on a cascaded schedule) but sometimes, I need to have the store connect HQ whenever I want without waiting for next update so that I can upload new product info. I use VPN and I can send a command line from it. Is there a command line to start the connection (not start the app as it is always running) at the remote stores?

    Being as you are already using a VPN, try MS' Remote Desktop.
