Hi Gurus,

Is there a way in BC to have email shipment confirmation when tracking is added?

We would like to notify our customer or separate warehouses whenever parts are shipped and would like to have it so they are notified through email whenever parts get dropshipped or transferred.

    Hello,

    Normally when a customer asks me for this I turn to Continia Output to automate emailing and sending of any document. You might consider looking at this APP. www.continia.com/.../

    It is not available in standard BC but can be done through extension or there are a few apps available in App Source which has this functionality.
