Good Morning - I have a handful of clients who are experiencing issues when trying to login to their Member Portal accounts with MFA
One user has tried the phone call, email, and text option for the MFA code. When he enters the provided code, he gets a spinning circle. He has tried from his cell phone and laptop via safari and chrome
Another user gets a message stating /the request is blocked/. They have attempted it both from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge; using both email and phone verification methods
I have 4 other users who just get a spinning circle after they enter their MFA code. No add'l details for these users yet. I'm new to Dynamics support and novice on security. Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot? I did find this link in another post. Not sure if it's the right place to look though.

One more thing to add - these are external accounts. Their customers - not in the company domain - so they have logins that end in like @gmail.com @hotmail,com @comcast.net , etc.
