I'm unable to locate a tab to change to another company in web browser but I'm able to shift to another company on windows client. setting-BC140.PNG_2D00_538x488.png

As yzhums suggested, customizing that page might be necessary. It also might be a permissions thing? In my BC14 (on-prem) web page, I can change the company from "My Settings" page.

Easiest approach might be to just set create "favorite" links for each of the companies you want to access: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-web-client-urls

I am able to change company in my installation.

Are you sure you have access to more than one company in your database ?
