Relationship insights not working as expected

Hi,

Not sure what I am doing wrong here but i've configured relationship insights and then created some test data however I can only seem to get appointments to show. Ideally i'd like to create all tasks as cards which I believe is possible - can anyone advise as to what I am doing wrong.
