Hi All,

Does anyone know about the SPS in SCM that provided by MS, is it just for DEMO purpose? Or can it be used in production directly? How does it communicate with different courier companies?

The .dll that Microsoft provides with SPS is for demo purposes.

You would need to write your own for the systems that you want to integrate with.

Or you can buy them. I know that Blue Horseshoe include some in their Supply Chain Cloud - Shipping product. You'd have to ask which Carriers they support out of the box:
