this looks like bad data in the reservation table. you could clean it up if you can or ask help from your partner.
Yes im filtering with only entry no, the below showing image result
you could take a look from reservation entry by filtering the entry no. as in the error message if it shows anything.
Kindly show the option how to disable zero item inventory transfer order and restricted.

not sure about your processes to ship and receive transfer orders, the error indicates user is trying to receive an item that is not what is expected by BC. for example, I transferred an reserved item ABC but user is trying to receive xyz.
check both items and related reservation entries to see if something could be found.
