I think it is 4tb for Common Data Service Database Capacity but may not be available in all region. Plese refer to the licensing guide. Capacity Add-ons

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-storage#where-can-i-read-more-about-the-new-capacity-offers

    Licensing Guid

For every increment of 20 full user SLs (excludes Team Members and Activity users), the included storage capacity increases by 2.5GB.

    Best Regards

    Hi Rocky,

4TB per instance according D365 licensing Guide:

Customer Engagement Applications Capacity Add-ons Customer Engagement Applications share the same tenant and infrastructure capacity.

They have access to the Customer Engagement Application default subscription capacities, shared across the Customer Engagement Applications.

Refer to the Default Subscription Capacities section for more details. Additional Common Data Service Capacity Common Data Service platform capacity add-ons continue to provide flexibility to increase the storage capacity associated with your Power Apps subscription in increments of 1GB per additional capacity add-on license.

    Hello everyone !!!!

What if the db oversize the 4TB

I am asking because we use D365 F&O and due to the location and legal regulations we must have access to data for a period of 5-6 years. We cannot archive them.

As far as I know - maybe I'm wrong in D365 there is no data archiving option. Do you have any experience in this area?

The possible cleanup procedures are of course performed.
