Adding Site ID Address Data to SOP invoice Header

I need to add the name and address information from the Site ID to my SOP invoice header. Our invoices always have only one site on them. Each site equals a office of ours and we would like to put their info on their invoices. If I can get lead in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I have had a similar issue--mutiliple offices and they want the office address from which the invoice originated to appear on the invoice.  First, I set up multiple invoice types (i.e Tampa Invoices, Houston Invoices, etc).  This allowed the use to differentiate invoices while keeping the sites reserved for inventory purposes. My customer uses PrintBoss for check printing which I adapted for forms printing (Invoice, PO's,Quotes, etc.) quite easily. I passed the invoice type to printboss and used printboss put the appropriate address and logo on the form.  Easy solution and economical (printboss doesn't cost much).

    John,

Thanks for your suggestion. We are hoping for a calculated field that looks at the site table and just pull the data based on the site on the invoice. I will send over Print Boss for my company to look at.

    Thanks,

i've been able to link the site setup table to the report, but when printing test invoices the site description and address/city/st/zip is blank.  the sql tables show the correct data but it doesn't print in the header section of the report.  suggestions appreciated.

    Hi Guys,

There is a KB article that details how to add the site ID to SOP invoices; the ID is 861935.  The link to the article is:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../KBDisplay.aspx

If you follow these steps this should print the address information on your invoices. Please let me know if you would like any additional information on this.

    Regards

    Rob

Good day, I know this might be a long shot as this was posted many years ago, however, I am trying to locate the article that you have mentioned in this post as we are trying to do this very thing, however, the link is broken.....
