It's no documented in the API. Also, I didn't found any properties on the contact object that link it to a customer by ID. I assume it's possible to do it with $filter but I couldn't find how

We don't have everything exposed through V2 API's, which is what I assume you're talking about. If there is something you want to do or access that is not available as an existing API, then you would either need to do it through Web Services or a custom API. Here are some links to help.

Perhaps you would be best creating an API page or exposing a web service for Table 5054 Contact Business Relation. This holds the relationship between contacts and their company parent. It can be vendor or bank account as well, so filter accordingly.
