Unable to delete attribute

I am having troubles deleting a solution. I can see the lookup fields that are not allowing me to delete it, however when I try to delete them, it says I need to delete dependencies but there are no dependencies in the list.

I downloaded the log file and this is the message I get:

<Message>The Attribute(eda621bc-00ac-49fd-b283-76fa09db0b8c) component cannot be deleted because it is referenced by 2 other components. For a list of referenced components, use the RetrieveDependenciesForDeleteRequest.</Message>

If there are two dependencies why they do not show up in the list? How do I delete those? I have other three fields that are behaving the same way.

    What do you see if you select the attribute and use the 'Show Dependancies' button on the command bar in the solution attributue view? See www.magnetismsolutions.com/.../Check_Dependencies_when_deleting_Fields_in_Dynamics_CRM_2011.aspx

    It shows me a relationship and when I try to delete this relationship I see no dependencies, but still does not allow me to delete it,
