Using Remote App with Microsoft Dynamics 2010

My boss is wanting me to set up a remote app for Microsoft Dynamics GP.  I have a few problems with this.

If i want to save a file to My Documents it saves it to the terminal server
If i want to e-mail document it uses Outlook on terminal server.

I don't know what I should do.  Right now it works good but those are my only problems.

Thank you!

    Jared,

One way around the document issue is to setup a shared network or "home" folder for each user and identify that folder in AD.  While tedious, it can be setup to follow the user wherever they log on.

As far as the email, we have Outlook setup on our TS as well as the clients, I haven't found a way around this, although if you are using Exchange I don't see how it could be too much different.

    Regards,

    Aaron

We use remote app for some of our users and ran into the same issues.  Adding profiles for each user on the term server fixed the e-mail issue for us.  Just had to have each person log on to the term server directly once to create their profile.

Jared's response on using a shared network folder is also the route we took.

You should have no isues with this kind of architecture. We have a number of clients operating through RDP for bothe GP and Outlook / word etc. Its down to RDP Profiles for each user.
