Error when accessing CRM 2016 on-premises installation

I am currently helping with a CRM 2016 on-premise installation. We were able to import the organization from a previous 2015 installation, configure claims based authentication and IFD. We are able to successfully authenticate, but are getting an error. I tried running a repair on the installation, but the same error persists. When I ran a trace on the server, I got the results listed below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi

    Did you import the default CRM 2015 solution to CRM 2016?

    If it is don't do it, best and easy way is in CRM 2015 server take a db backup

    Restore it in the separate SQL server (assume sql server name :sql1)

    Install CRM 2016 in the new server and their database created in sql1 server

    Open deployment manager and click "import organization" it automatically detect newly created restore database and import it

    This issue is probably related to missing DefaultThemeData and HighContrastThemeData in the OrganizationBase table. Please see the following KB article to verify and correct the issue.
