Hi,

Is it possible to set scoring criteria scores to a vendor account so they automatically apply to an RFQ case for a given vendor instead of having to configure them for each RFQ. And likewise for the Rank?

    Hi Eajaz Syed,

    I don't think so its possible, as the criteria would be different for ever request for quotation items. For example, sometimes there would be less delivery times & some times there would be more depending upon the item. So it should be sticked with every RFQ case than implying the same scoring for every vendor.

    Hi Eajaz,

    What do you want to achieve by setting one specific scoring criteria to each vendor account?

    If vendors in RFQ have different scoring criteria, how do you clearly compare and rank their replies?

    As for the rank you said, could you elaborate more？

    Thanks for your reply QianQW. I was thinking in cases where you have an established supplier and you are aware of a particular strength such as very good product quality. But I do understand your point that it should be viewed on a case-by-case basis. Thanks
