error after installation of MR CU 13

I installed this on my laptop.  I am now getting the following error when I try to open up the configuration console.  I was upgrading from CU 12 to CU13.

This computer does not have a powershell version installed that is compatible with version 3.0.

    I believe all you have to do is download Microsoft Powershell ver 3.0.

    Hi Rachel,

    PS 3.0 is mandatory to the latest CU13 to run (or albeit to be installed).  Check the blog entry from the MR team :

    blogs.msdn.com/.../management-reporter-2012-cu-13-now-available.aspx

    Most recent Windows Server version have PS 3.0 already embedded... A Win 7 workstation is less likely to have it...
