What permissions are needed to enable the Manage shifts appBar buttons

.We have the Manage shifts operation in POS for the managers.
Even though the managers are assigned the store manager privileges with Manager privileges = YES, the appBar buttons are disabled.
Even when I log in with sysAdmin POS permissions, it is greyed out for me.
the manager wants to close some blind shifts and do some cleanup for one store but with the buttons greyed out, it's not possible.
I cannot find information on the internet that tells me what permissions are needed.
The above link just indicates the shift and drawer permissions. the manager has all of it turned on.
And the paragraph under "Manage shifts" just state "Depending on their permissions". So what permissions?

Any help is much appreciated to be able to make this view usable for managers. Currently it's just a read-only view.

You have to enable the following parameter 'Enable Financial Reconcilation in store' in Functionality Profiles to enable the Manage shifts appBar buttons.

    Hi Gopi

I have 'Enable Financial Reconciliation in store'  enabled on the functionality profile that is on the store that I use on the sandbox environment.
On my permission group I have Manager privileges  set to YES.
I just checked again and the buttons is still greyed out.
There must still be another setup missing.

    Good day!
Every button is controlled by different set of settings.

    For example,
    1. To enable 'Reconcile' button you should have 'Enable cash traceability' feature enabled on POS functionality profile (flag below) + you should not select any shifts with Status 'Invalid'.
    2. 'Close shift' button will be enabled only if you selected 1 shift line (not multi-select) + shift status is 'Blick closed' + 'Enabled cash traceability' is disabled OR 'Enabled cash traceability' is enabled + your shift is fully reconciled.

If above suggestion does not help, kindly, share how your Manage shifts page looks like, probably, I will see smth there by looking at data.

HelloRetha, as suggested by Oksana can you cross check the POS Permissions enabled for the worker that you are using. Below are the permissions enabled for my worker, you can take a reference.

We have 'enable financial reconciliation in store' enable as well. It still didn't enable the buttons.
The only way we were able to close these outstanding shifts was to log into the register that is still open, resume existing shifts and then close the shift.
