CRM 2013 print from entity

In 2011 I could print opportunities from the form. In 2013 the button is gone from the ribbon. I tried printing by highlighting the opportunity and selecting FILE->PRINT, but it prints out a very ugly page (all sorts of stuff that isn't on the opp screen).

I am tinkering with the ribbon workbench but the example they have is for something different and I can't find a print button anywhere to add back.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can select the Print Preview and print it which is same as CRM2011

My opportunity form doesn't have the gear in the corner next to my credentials (I have full CRM privileges). I'm using the Outlook client (Outlook 2013). It's there if I open up in IE directly.

Yes, but that turns out a very ugly printout. The gear works perfectly in the browser, I was looking for somethjing similar when viewing via Outlook.
