Batch send AR Statements to customers via email.

Hi all,

As the title says, we're looking for a way to bulk send customers AR statements via email. Is there a way in NAV 2017 where we can send statements to customers through NAV but in an email format?

The user should be able to see invoices from 0-90+ days and can forward that information to the customer through email.

    Hi, I think this requires customization.

    As you might know, you can send Documents by Email in NAV. But this requires user interaction..

    If you need to send in batches and need to add some conditions, you can customize a Codeunit and set it in the JobQueue.

    For NAV, I think of both emailing Statements and Invoices and other documents so look at these Addon's. They both are easy to implement and simple to setup.
