It is the second time I have asked this question

I have a website with four options on the contact page. When a visitor selects one of the options an email containing a relevant information should be sent automatically.

e.g option 1 - soccer (An email containing info about soccer should be sent)

option 2 - rugby (An email containing info about rugby should be sent)

I can capture leads from the web.

Set up a way to send emails from crm (server side sync exchange / email router / outlook connector that is always on) and set a workflow that send emails with the needed information. Trigger of the workflow would be the creation of a lead in your system originating from your website. (I recommend linking all that to a campaign to get your information in one place.)

Hi Corlet

This is a simple and common request, You can have a workflow that when an email is created (or added to the system) then it will check the title of the email so that if it contains "Soccer" then send email template "soccer"
