Team Member Licensing and "CRM"

In Business Central, there's a contact management module that acts as an /internal/ CRM.
 
Can end users utilize all of the functions of this module with only Team Member licensing?

    The users will be able to read the data, but they will not be able to create new records. Team member licensed users can essentially only create new quotes, otherwise, they can't create any documents/records in the system. Here's the full list of functionality a team member can do:

    Hi, if it is read-only, there is no additional cost to use the Microsoft 365 license below.
