Set regarding in Outlook for CRM 2013 on premise

Hi,

I actually get an issue with some users where when they click set regarding, the CRM window opens normally and instead of seeing and having the possibility to select an entity(account or opportunity or contact ) it goes directly into the account look up window without that possibility. This limits choices and I dont know why this happens.

Do you know what could be the issue?
