Can not install our app from appsource

Hi all,

We are trying to deploy our Dynamics 365 app to AppSource. Our app has passed all tests from Microsoft.

But I am trying to install from preview link and it redirects me to the power platform admin center. Then I select the environment which I want to install and hit the install button. The loading icon occurs for a few seconds and disappears on the install button. Then install button is getting clickable again.

If I close that installation page and try to install from Dynamics 365 apps it says "This app can't be installed because its packages aren't compatible with this environment."

I tried with other environments too but nothing changed. I have global admin role for Office 365.

Why it is not installable? I can install another app from App Source but also can not install the app on this link: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/8x8inc-5383858.8x8-microsoft-integration

It gives the same error.

Also tried to go live and install from App source. Nothing changed.

Actually, none of the forums would be a fit for this. It appears Arif's company has developed a D365 app and they are having issues deploying it to Appsource.

Hi Arif, I moved this question to the general dynamics forum from the field service forum since it doesn't seem to be field service specific. Please let me know if i missed anything and if I should move back!

I may have misunderstood the thread. I thought you were trying to install Field Service but doesn't seem to be the case. I would recommend a support ticket!

Hi again Dan,

If I need Field Service license to install an app, how can I install other apps from App Source? What requires that license?

If I know this, I can make our app non-requires to that license.

I could not find how to check which users have Field Service licenses.

Can you please tell me where should I look?

And why Field Service is required?

Hi Arif, the only thing that comes to mind is to check that at least one user is licensed to use Field Service. If you already have licensing squared away, I would recommend opening a support ticket since it may be something unique on your environment so it will be tough to offer guidance here to get you unblocked.
