Did anyone faced below error while opening Development environment?
We are not able to oepn development environment because of this error.

Hi Mohana,
Looks like there may be a data issue because a SQL Query is getting unexpected results from the BC Database. You could try using SQL Profiler to capture the SQL Statement which throws the error and review the data in the relevant table.
I would also recommend upgrading to BC14 if you can as BC13 is no longer supported by Microsoft. You can download the latest build of BC14 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=102135
