Unable to match PO / Invoice

Hello all.

I have a hard time helping users to resolve this issue, when they cant match an invoice to the po.

would someone be kind to explain me a few steps to start looking at.

    hi, thank you for your help, for what the user explained to me, ater going into Enter/Match Invoice - Purchasing Invoice Entry.

    they add the vendor ID, then Auto-invoice opens the select purchase order items, showing a list of PO.and the PO they are trying  match does not show.             po-match.png

    Hi Virgilio

    Before you can perform an Invoice matching, there has to be an Receiving performed.

    Transactions > Purchasing > Receivings Transaction Entry

    Note that you can perform a Receiving of a shipment or you can perform a Receiving and invoice matching at this point if you select the type of Shipment/Invoice.

    Have your user go to Inquiry > Purchasing > Purchase Order Documents

    Enter the PO number and then click to include, Open Purchase Orders, Historical Purchase orders, and Receipts Received.

    From here you can see the history of the PO and its related transactions.
